A highland UAE climate, on top of the mountains in the north-east of the country. Obviously much more bearable than the rest of the country, yet at nearly 2000m elevation it's still averaging 25C/30C in summer lol. I rate it a C-, ok temps but still way too dry. I expected more precipitation but I guess the entire area is just too dry for that. An extra note: Snow has been recorded here twice.

D. Tiny diurnals and way too dry, but average temps are OK I guess.

How can a desert at 2000m above sea level have such low diurnal ranges? My rainy town at 1000m elevation has diurnal ranges of almost 15C.

Itโs a B from me, those temperatures are really good along with the dry summers, but it needs much more winter/spring rain.

Going by the weather box alone, I'd rate it a C, but it's on top of a mountain, so it's probably windy all the time, I rate it a D.

C-
Wouldn't be bad at all if it weren't so arid.

E or E-
Interesting climate. Never seen this one before, so good find!
At least it doesn't get any ridiculous extreme heat. That's its one saving grace from an F. Winters are surprisingly cool too.

I've been trying to find a climate there for a while actually. I was always interested in how warm the summer would be there, and also if it would be much wetter than climates at sea level. Guess those questions have been answered

For wetter climates, look at high elevations stations in Oman. UAE is bone dry at any elevation.

C, is there anywhere else at 2000 m with 25ยบC lows in summers? Anyways, that low diurnal range, lack of precipitation and high seasonal range do drag the grade down quite a bit.
