2. Väike-Maarja, Estonia (121 m/397 ft):Source In fact, the highest weather station in Estonia is this www.ilmateenistus.ee/meist/vaatlusvork/tuulemae-sademete-mootejaam/ , located in southeast Estonia, 236 m/ 770 ft above sea level. But this one is not part of the WMO observation network and not all climate indicators are measured there, and therefore there is no climate box for it. Väike-Maarja is also the coldest place in Estonia, it is located in the northeast. Thank you. Where can I access historical data for this station? I would like to add it on the next climate battle.

If you want to get information, I think you should ask the weather service. They don't share it publicly on their website, but for money, I think, maybe they can give it. It would be interesting to know if this place is colder than Väike-Maarja. Although I doubt it.

Maastricht - pleasantly chilly winters and nice summers. Only complaint is that it's a bit dryer than preferred but not bad on the whole.

Maastricht unfortunately, as I would take Kédougou if it was 3 celsius cooler year round.
