Alūksne for me, with honourable mention to Erromango and to a lesser extent, Vilnius.
Still not a great selection though.

Vanuatu if it gets much of that precipitation as thunderstorms. If not Vilnius

Guam
Not an amazing tropical climate, but still comfortably warm year-round.

Alūksne for the coldest winters and still having a decent summer. Very similar to Vilnius. Worst is Guam. Too many rainy days, and 25C nights is too warm for me. The one month with a record low of 16 looks like an error.

Erromango, Vanuatu
It's quite good for a tropical climate, if not a bit wet

The one month with a record low of 16 looks like an error. Yeah, it most certainly is an error considering it has never dropped below 70 F in October other than that day. But I'm not going to be the one to decide which records are real and which aren't, so I left it in.

A horribly bunch, but I'll begrudgingly go for Erromango

Nealstown, Ireland is the only sensible one. Temperate with relatively mild, rainy winters.

Vilnius Airport for being a reasonably continental climate while milder than Aluksne.
Also Guam is not a country. What kind of traitor are you?

Latvia and Lithuania are close. One has better winters the other better summers. I'll go with Latvia for Doña Jimena

Latvia and Lithuania are close. One has better winters the other better summers. I'll go with Latvia for Doña Jimena Thank you! I visited Aūksne once. It is a very remote town far from Riga. And compared to it Riga is subtropical.😀 Mean annual temperature in Alūksne is 5.7C, while it is 8.0C in Riga.

Tough choice. I like the Irish one for the rainfall but ultimately went with Vilnius. Very nice looking summers there.

Erromango- gotta love those year round thunderstorms and beach weather. Its also cooler than Guam, and a tiny bit cooler than the rest of Vanuatu
