Dakar for being the coolest and driest of the bunch.
Benfxmth Accra doesn't get that hot compared with a couple others.

Bangui is a decent tropical climate, but love that rainfall pattern in Douala....

Bangui
Tough choice between that and Accra, but I decided on the less-arid climate. Both are very good though. Also interesting that some of these places are actually coolest in their hemisphere's summer.

These are all fantastic climates with Juba (too hot during the day) and Malabo (too gloomy) being the worst. I pick Dakar though. An A+ climate. Fantastic!

Dakar for being the least hot and sunniest, despite being a semi-desert
