Pitcairn for being the mildest option, and the one closest to subtropicality.

Briceni, basically worse Shitchester. If Pitcairn island got thunderstorms or Christmas Island had low humidity if pick either of them but that’s not the case

Tempted by Novogrudok but I'll go with Pitcairn.

Christmas Island is great... has a first class detention centre for illegal boat people trying to enter Australia as well...

Christmas Island is great... has a first class detention centre for illegal boat people trying to enter Australia as well... Are they tortured with the famous red crabs there?

Novogrudok for the best winters. Summer is lacking though. Briceni is probably the best climate I've seen in that part of Europe. A few degrees less continental than my area but similar annual means.
The worst is a toss-up between Catherineberg and Christmas Island. Catherineberg has more "extreme" record temps, compared to the extremely stable Christmas Island, but I think it would come down to which one gets more storms. Less storms is worse.
