Odienné. It's not exactly my cup of tea, but it's the only one in this selection that isn't a rainforest or desert.

Odienné ( Ivory Coast ) has a few mining operations in the region...I know a couple of Aussies blokes who have worked there. The say the climate is similar to the inland Top End of the NT.
I dont mind the Surinam place or the one in New Caidonia....mildish tropical.

Actually good. A couple of these climates are too arid, and hot in summer; others are comfortable but washed out. This one has the best compromise.

Too wet, too dry, or too hot. I'll go with Goro Ancienne Pépinière, New Caledonia. Worst is Al Salmi, Kuwait. It has a cool season but that summer heat is too much.
Odienné is the most interesting but too hot for me to choose it.

Definitely Goro Ancienne - if summers are going to be humid, that 80/70 combo with ample rain would be perfect. Winters also offer a nice reprieve and semblance of coolness.
