I think I'll go with Bobo-Dioulasso. Kabala is close, though its monsoon precip peak is too extreme for my tastes.

Bobo-Dioulasso is the most liveable of this shitheap, for its moderate amount of rainfall and nice dry heat, though it's too hot on average.

Fonds-Denis-Kabet is the lesser evil.
The Finnish places looks beautiful though. Also interesting how cloudy Tessalit is in summer with how hot and dry it is

Kabala for having a dry season and not being a wasteland. Didn't choose Bobo because it's too hot there.

None of these are good. Kilpisjärvi I guess. I'll just drink vodka until it's not cold any more.
Tessalit is the worst since it's a hot desert. Fonds-Denis-Cadet has ok temps but way too wet.

Far from ideal, but better than the others: Fonds-Denis-Kabet. Moderate warmth and ample rainfall.

Burkina Faso, Mali - Unbearably hot in the warmer season
Sierra Leone - Too hot
Finland - Too cold
Martinique - Still too hot for my liking but not as the former three.
