San Marino.
Fun fact: my research site is just 17 km away from Mont Rigi at a similar elevation, so basically the same climate.

Belgium but San Marino is very close. Both winters are anemic but SM is close just based on better summers

San Marino looks the best. The diurnal variation is a bit weak and it's a bit too dry, but it's good otherwise.
