Quibdo in a landslide. Temps are very moderate and stays beautifully green year round. The others are inhospitable desert wastelands.
Also, the Dallol data is dubious at best. Neither of the sources listed can be accessed. One gives a 404 error and other is a magazine article from 1967.

Ok, I went to the Met Office archives and dug up the original source for Dallol, if anyone is interested:

Basra for getting some winter rain and having a nice cool season.

Basra. Epically hot summers while still having a cool season in winter, I'm going with that over Death Valley for being a bit wetter.

Quibdรณ. It isn't a hell.
Moderately warm temps with a lot of heavy rainfall and beautiful thunderstorms.

It has to be Quibdรณ. The only really hellish thing is the very low sunshine. Other than that it's an alright climate. Better temps than the others and actually has significant rainfall.

Death Valley for the cool season and lower humidity than Basra

I think I will go with Timbuktu here. It's not outrageously hot in the hot season yet with lots of sunshine and dryness.

Quibido- although its rain drenched, its not excessively hot in any month and supports tropical rainforest, so its earns my vote...
