Djambala? Need to see sunshine stats on those others.
Edit:
Ainaro seems like it is more sunny, gets my vote.

Ainaro for having the longest dry season of the tropical ones.

the East Timor one....its only a hop skip and a jump away from Darwin, only 1 hour flight to Dili. A 'sleeper' holiday destination for Darwinites, both Timor and East Timor, although Dili, with all the UN money floating around, likes their $US, whereas Kupang is way cheaper

Would hate to hazzard a guess... those hill stations are usually very cloudy in the wet season. Dili on the north coast ( and half of the average rainfall ) has about 2900-3000 hours sunshine, apparently.

Ainaro. The Swedish climate is tundra, too cold. If it could be just a bit warmer in summer I might choose it.
None of these are terrible. The worst is Afiamalu because it has no temperature variation and a long, very wet, rainy season.

Djambala
Temps are very good. Precip and sunshine need work, but it was still a pretty easy choice.

It's really hard to choose one. All of them are very good climates except the Swedish one.

Anairo. Swedish place is too cold and dark and it’s the best of the tropical climates.

Grövelsjön, with Ainaro second best. This exactly. The Swedish ones summer is atrocious but good otherwise

All the tropical ones are neck and neck here, but I'll go with Ainaro. The Congo one is slightly drier but I don't like how the Congo is so cloudy in the dry season.

I like these climate battles. This is the highest elevated met-station that has ever been in use in Swedish history. The pårtetjåkko observatory. This place was featured in väder och vatten on the 75-year anniversary of the death of one of the observers who worked there. Since babs and ariete know swedish I post the full article here. Very fascinating story.

East Timor for being the 2nd driest, and being a nice tropical highland climate. And Sweden has easily the worst of the bunch, especially at the summit.
