Thala. Salhaddin was close for being wetter, but the summer there is just too hot.

Cerro Maravilla, Puerto Rico for the twin peak rainy seasons

Salahaddin
I was between the first two; a full three-month warm summer is important, and it's less arid outside the summer season.
I will say, I do quite enjoy this thread series.

I feel like we're in a golden period for these climates and they'll soon get worse, lol.
For my choice, it's Salahaddin. I think overall it has more positives than Thala for me.
July and August are too hot for me, but honestly the rest of the year is great (even if the data is patchy).
Thala is overall too dry, and shoulder seasons a little too cool.

Mbabane for being the mildest. Salahaddin would have been the area where my ancient Assyrian ancestors would have dwelled at. I believe it is now known as Pirmam because it's occupied by the Kurds.

Salahaddin, probably the best climate in Iraq. Nice winter/spring rains, plus average annual temperatures are ideal. Thala is quite good too, but I like Salahaddin's rainy season.
Most places at moderately high altitude in the Middle East are gonna have amazing climates. jgtheone is right that this is a golden period in this series for climates.

Thala, but it was close with Salahaddin. I prefer Salahaddin's winter/spring rains but the milder summers of Thala win it for me. Also it seems like this is the first time in the series where all the climates are somewhat decent.

These are all tolerable but none of them stick out as best. Mbabane for being wet but not very wet. The hardest choice so far.

Mbabane for the mild and wet summers and comfortably cool and dry winters. I would be less bothered by a dry season in such a climate and probably would even welcome it after months of rain.

Mbabane for the good temperatures and summer t-storms. Would prefer slightly wetter winters and drier summers to increase the sunshine more
