Spokyne has a borderline subarctic climate featuring long, gloomy, chilly and very snowy winters followed by brief but warm summers with plenty of thunderstorms. Technically it meets Koppen's criteria for a "humid subtropical" climate (using the -3C isotherm), but I doubt many of us here would regard it as such!
Cerro De Taquito has a tropical highland climate featuring consistently mild and sunny conditions. Despite being a tundra climate under Koppen, snow is quite rare, falling in trace amounts only a couple of times per year, most often in late winter and early spring. Cloudy days are uncommon, even at the peak of the wet season. I'm sure a diverse array of trees, possibly even some hardy palms, would survive in this so called "tundra".
So, what will you pick? The cold subtropical climate or the warm tundra?

Cerro is an eternal Western Sydney winter. Not the best climate, but the sunshine hours are a beaut and the other one is quasi subarctic with a taste of summer (which is a nice touch, but it ain't for me). So I'll go with Cerro.

Spokyne
Summer is short and weak, and winters are terrible (this is an excellent example of what's wrong with Koppen's subtropical definition), but at least it's not a monotonous shithole that never gets warm.

Cerro de Taquito. Warmer, sunnier, mild all year round in contrast to Spokyne's arctic shithole conditions for several months of the year.

Cerro, at least it's comfortable in every month.

Cerro De Taquito has my vote, even if there is no winter snow or any real defined seasons. Calling Spokyne subtropical is very laughable to say the least.

Spokyne because it's interesting, even if the weather conditions aren't my favorite. Very interesting to see how people might adapt to such a climate.

Spokyne is better I guess, although those winters are annoyingly warm, and in the freeze/thaw zone.

Cerro de Taquito for being more pleasant 9 months of the year, sunnier and having less drizzle. Assuming that it is at the latitude of Cerro de Pasco, I would be generous and give it a D for the strong sun
