Probably Nuwara Eliya for the mild rain and still getting some warmth, but if Les Cèdres doesn't get much snow, then it's my pick.

This one made me think, Nyanga is the narrow winner. The Lebanon place was close but the complete lack of storms and laggy springs made it not worth it.

I was a bit torn between Sumbagawa and Nyanga. I finally leaned to the one with slightly warmer summers, even though its overall seasonality is minuscule.
