Actually made this a difficult choice for myself as there aren't any really decent climates in this selection.
I'll have to go with Hunters Hill, with Qaanaaq and Jan Mayen 2nd and 3rd best.
Really not a good selection here though.

Vostok. A+ climate. It would be an A++ climate if it was colder.

Hunters Hill, inoffensive temperate climate with some nice winter rains and the potential for summer drought.

Florianópolis.... a very good east coast SH subtropical climate. Few extremes and abundant rainfall with a warmer months bias, but with enough rain in the winter months to remain green all year round by the lookd of it.

It's a tough call between Penrith and Florianopolis. I ended up going with the former due to its lower summer dew points and higher record highs.
Fair Isle is interesting in that I've never seen a climate with such mild winters combined with such crappy arctic crummers.

As a native-born US citizen I am obligated to counteract the Antipodean bias of this forum and vote for the one option located in my country. (Not an Angeleno but I need a LAX themed song) It always amazes me how Walvis Bay's hottest temperatures only ever occur in the cool/sun-low season. Unusual for a climate so far out of the tropics.

Vostok for being the sunniest. Just kidding, Florianopolis is the most sensible out of these. Penrith would probably be my second choice.
I'm amazed that Lopez de Micay is a real place. When I saw those monthly rain averages I just assumed it must be some weirdo's dream climate 🤣

Faya-Largeau for the win. The hot season is too hot but the cool season looks beautiful and it has lots of sunshine and dryness

Surprised (and quietly glad) to see a nearby cheap suburb in Sydney winning XD

Penrith for me, with a good climate (safety-wise is a different story). Summers could be a little cooler, winters could be a little warmer; but nothing too outrageous.
