Sand Mountain for the relatively mild and rainy winters, warm springs, and best summers of the bunch.

Debating between Stockton's colder, less rainy winter and Worthington's snow. I'll go with Worthington.
Stockton is close to Madison's climate but a little less snow so I know what it's like. Worthington is much wetter in winter than I'm used to but also much snowier.

Sussex, NJ. It's one of the best climates I've seen in a while, and gets a solid A from me.

Slight edge to Worthington over Sussex for the cooler summers and higher precip even though the difference is pretty marginal between the two.

Sand Mountain for being made of sandstone the warmest, for actually being pretty good outside winter with the ample rains.

New Jersey. If they had 2~3°C warmer lows in summer, I would have chosen Indiana.
