These two cities lie on opposite sides of the Caucasus and are at similar latitudes, but their climates are quite different, especially with precipitation. Which one do you choose? Poti, GeorgiaDerbent, Russia

Derbent, less humid (maybe) and not a rainforest.

Poti
Yes, those precipitation figures are a bit too much in that washed-out late summer/early autumn, but the winters are significantly warmer, especially in terms of record lows. Is Poti's record high legit?

Derbent for the awesome dry summers in spite of the cooler drier winters.

Poti, despite more rain, because winters are warmer

Poti. Derbent has better summers, but is worse the rest of the year.

Both are terrible in their own ways. I like Derbent's dryness but it is too cool and cloud. So I have to give an edge to Poti, begrudgingly so!

Poti for being warmer and wetter. Also the record highs of both places look very suspicious

Poti for the milder winters and (presumably) higher humidity.

Derbent is very dry, but Poti is too rainy for me. So it's gonna be Derbent.
