Final one of these, the highest place has a very fitting name. 46. Tuolumne Meadows, California*— 8,694’ (2,650 m)47. Alta, Utah— 8,710’ (2,655 m)48. Sunrise Mountain, Arizona*— 9,370’ (2,856 m)49. Mauna Loa, Hawaii— 11,179’ (3,407 m)50. Climax, Colorado— 11,344’ (3,458 m)*Snowfall and precipitation days aren’t official normals. I used whole numbers since the data was spotty and pors were short Arizona for me

Sunrise Mtn, reluctantly. I would have voted for Mauna Loa if it weren't so dry. But tundra-like summer temps + drought is a terrible combo.

Sunrise Mountain for having the warmest summers without being insanely snowy like Alta.

Arizona of course. Not even a horrible climate. Not horrible? It's subpolar/subalpine!

Sunrise Mountain
Comes the closest to having warm summers, and has the warmest annual average highs, though as expected, every climate on the list is crap.

Climax. Go big or go home.
Tuolmne Meadows -decent warm season, very wet snowy winters. I prefer the precip pattern at Sunrise instead.
Alta - Somehow this has the warmest July of the bunch. And it's snowy. But there's such a thing as too much snow, and I think Alta is that. If I was a downhill ski fan this is the one.
Sunrise Mountain - A decent climate. Mild summers with storms, winters are mild but snowy. Probably very sunny given the low precip days. 2nd best one here.
Mauna Loa - boring tundra climate. It can get some intense high winds and occasional blizard conditions but there's no "summer" season.
Climax - a long snowy winter with a short mild season. You'll feel higher than a kite all year, because you are. Also no "summer" season, just a warmer one.
