The Warsaw Pact was a military defensive pact between the Soviet Union and its allies/puppets. It was created after West Germany was admitted into NATO in 1955. Tirana - capital of Albania Not included because Albania withdrew from the pact in 1968, it would have won this climate battle in a landslide anyway. Im going with Bucharest as well.
It's data is 1981-2010 compared to the others on 1991-2020.
Bucharest station is on the outskirts of the city, while the Budapest station is located right near the centre.
