The current facts are that only 3 different days have hit 120°F+ here, 6/25/1990 (120°F), 6/26/1990 (122°F), and 7/28/1995 (121°F). June 29th of 2013 had THE most favorable conditions to achieve a 4th 120°F (clear skies, 30's dewpoints, and 602 dm heights), yet the high only hit 119°F. So rather than a simple yes/no answer, maybe include a real thought out response as well...

Yes, if it’s happened as recently as the 90s I’d be surprised if it didn’t

Why not? It's happened thrice in pretty recent history, and the planet is warming.

There was/is a thread on Ski.com titled "Will We Ever See Another 50C In Australia?" Well the question was answered in the affirmative in Jan 2022 with both Onslow and Roebourne passing 50c. I would say Phoenix most certainly will statistically. ( 120f that is )

Yeah, I don't think it's unreasonable to say they'll see it before 2050.

If Phoenix already had 2 119ºF days in 2023, then a 120ºF is very likely to occur before 2050

Yes, but not because the planet is warming (it isnt).
