These 3 Spanish cities have very similar names but somewhat varied climates.
Valencia, on the Mediterranean coast, is the largest of the bunch. It is a touristic city situated leeward of the Spanish meseta and a mountain range, giving it a subtropical semiarid climate.
Plasencia is situated in the central west part of Spain near the Portuguese border. It has a typical subtropical Mediterranean climate.
Palencia has a temperate climate with Mediterranean influences due to its altitude around 2,500ftasl. Climate data from nearby Burgos, at a similar altitude.

Burgos. If it had wetter summers and more snow it would be an amazing climate

Burgos. If it had wetter summers and more snow it would be an amazing climate Wish European places like this had snowfall data. I'd estimate it gets 10-15" annually, but that's just my uneducated guess.

I'll go with Plasencia obviously. Most cold rain and dry heat of the bunch.

Valencia has a stereotypical fair weather climate, but I'm not voting for it. I like Plasencia's rain and seasons.

Burgos, best by fat, magical overnight lows to cool off in summer.

Palencia as it is the most seasonal. It’s actually not, Plasencia is more seasonal. It has a larger difference between midwinter and midsummer average temps.
