Virgin vs Chad is an ongoing battle that spills over even into Weather discussion Let's start with the Virgin. Charlotte Amelie is the capital of the Virgin Islands. In terms of excitement, Virgin Islands definitely lives up to the name as it's very stable and definitively non-exciting. Although the climate does seem very hot and steamy year-round, which doesn't match the whole "virgin" stereotype On the other side we have Chad. Looking at the box, it definitely does seem like a very Chad climate. As in, I don't think non-Chads will be physically able to survive there So, who do you think wins?

Neither are bad, but I'm going with Chad for being more interesting. Interesting how both have almost the same annual mean temps

Charlotte AmalieNearly a perfect climate Given that this is one of the few recent meme formats I'm actually familiar with, I was hoping to see a battle like this haha. The climate in Chad definitely seems to fit that name better though. I could survive there easily - does that make me a Chad?

USVI I guess. More comfortable and it’s not excessively rainy.

I don't think non-Chads will be physically able to survive there Why not? Personality doesn’t determine heat tolerance.

I don't think non-Chads will be physically able to survive there Why not? Personality doesn’t determine heat tolerance. I was joking. But given the climate and the living standards of the country, pretty sure you do have to be really tough to survive in Chad

Chad.... N'Djamena sorta reminds me of the inland Top End/Kimberley/far north western QLD... its oppressive but OK once you acclimatise to it....

Both suck. Chad is outright terrible so Virgin islands due to being more "moderate" and wet

Virgin for the win due to having no very hot months although Chad is pretty good too. Both A climates.

Virgin for the year-round downpours without daily 40ºC
