Norrköping has a nice rain shadow most of the time + something resembling a summer Also Bradford is a tundra cesspit Dec-Feb. Easy win for Norrköping, even though it would've been smashed wide open by Hull

Norrkoping is a very nice climate for Sweden and although Bradford has warmer winters, they are not that warm to begin with and the summer is almost non existent. Summer is the most important season for me, and Norrkoping is significantly warmer and sunnier so it wins for me.

Norrkoping easily. Colder winters, warmer summers, drier, sunnier.
