Post the earliest and latest dates for certain temperature thresholds for you country/state in Celsius/Farenheit.
Here's some stats for Sweden. They don't have all this info gathered in one place, so the sources for this are small bits of information from various different articles SMHI has put up over the years.
Earliest 20C: March 18 (1990 in Oskarshamn)
Latest 20C: October 19 (1921 and 1959 - locations not mentioned)
Earliest 25C: April 11 (1906 in Jönköping)
Latest 25C: September 29 (2011 in Hudiksvall)
