The Mexico-United States border is a very long and busy border, with many cities along it and millions of migrants crossing it annually. It is in fact the most-frequently crossed border in the world. It also runs through vast areas of arid landscapes. In 2016, one of President Donald Trump's main campaign promises was to build a wall along the border, and to make Mexico pay for it. Which climate along the border do you like the best? Tijuana, Baja California
Calexico, California / Mexicali, Baja California
Nogales, Arizona / Heroica Nogales, Sonora
El Paso, Texas / Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua
Laredo, Texas / Nuevo Laredo, Nuevo Leon
Brownsville, Texas / Matamoros, Tamaulipas

Probably Laredo. Another astonishing climate in the southern US.

All a bunch of fine climates (except for the boring coastcuck climate Tijuana), but El Paso methinks

Brownsville/South Padre Island.... sorta tropical except for the 'blue northers' which kill off the palms there every so often...

Tijuana, most mild/cold rain and least warm rain. Also, best temps of the bunch.

Tijuana, those temps have to be for eastern TJ, coastal TJ has identical temps to San Diego Lindberg Field (KSAN)

Tijuana, best temperatures and rain pattern

Tijuana is an easy win as far as comfort, but way too dry and boring. I think for me Brownsville wins by default due to having the warmest winters and the most rain (although it looks like it doesn't actually get that many storms). Nasty combination of heat and humidity in summer though, similar to April in Bangkok. I'm surprised at how cool the winters are in Juarez (but maybe not that surprising seeing that it's over 1000 m elevation).

Nogales for the best combo of temps and precip. El Paso and Juarez have better temperatures but are too dry.

Nogales
We must build a force field around Earth to keep the illegal aliens away and make Mars pay for it.

Nogales I guess, but it's still not a good climate. If you had included Chisos Basin in TX, I would have picked that in a heartbeat.

Nogales or Tijuana, can't choose between the two but maybe I'll give an edge to Tijuana for warmer winters

If you had included Chisos Basin in TX, I would have picked that in a heartbeat. That's better than any option here.
Of the cities on the list Nogales is best. Not extremely hot and relatively "wet". Tijuana is more comfortable for temperatures but it's just too dry there.

From this, Nogales, but there are better ones. In Arizona there's Bisbee which isn't on the border but is close, there's also La Ruomorosa which is a bit east of Tecate and is probably the snowiest place with a weather station on the border.

Tijuana, temps and sunshine are near-perfect, but too dry (b)

Laredo
Good stuff. I'd assume it's less humid in summer than Brownsville, while still having the second-most equable average temperatures and precipitation of the bunch (and more-exciting heat records than Brownsville to boot).
