I'm giving this rating assuming normal, non-severe thunderstorms. I love watching them develop, watching them move in, feeling the outflow boundary, and seeing the lightning and rain from my window when the storms are over me. The only reason they're not A+++ is that I don't want them every day, and if you're in one you risk getting struck by lightning.
