Dubious data for Addis - five months have record lows of exactly 0.0 C?
I'll go with Jo'burg, mainly for being sunnier and drier and having more potential for heat. Addis looks miserable in mid-summer with those high rainfall totals, lack of sunshine and relatively cool temps. I love the fact that even the cloudiest month in Jo'burg still averages around 8 hrs of daily sun.

Difficult choice, but probably Joburg. Addis has better highs but those nights are so cold that you wouldn't be able to enjoy the evenings. Joburg summers are cooler than I thought.

Joburg by a hair. I don't like its cool nights, but at least it isn't too wet.

Burg (B) > Ababa (B-) for the former's greater amount of sunshine, more seasonal variation, lots of sunshine while still having a wet season (not as intense though).

Johannesburg
Crummers are still too cool, but at least it has seasonality and is therefore more interesting.
