IMO: Maputo (best combo of temperatures, rainfall and sunshine) > Gladstone > Fort Myers >> Iguape > Guaymas > Phuntsholing >>> Khasab (far too hot, muggy and even too sunny in the summer)

Guaymas wins this one for being dry but not excessively hot in summer like Khasab.
