Here's a selection of 7 tropical climates that are all located on continents, outside the solar tropics, and at the poleward limit of the tropical zone, going by the widely accepted albeit imperfect Köppen classification system. I chose to omit small islands that may be more poleward (like Bermuda or Midway) from this battle. There is one climate per continent here, save for Europe and Antarctica which lack tropical climates, so I went with 2 climates each from Asia and North America bringing the total to 7.
Maputo, Mozambique (26ºS) has a tropical savanna climate with relatively moderate temperatures and rainfall levels.
Phuntsholing, Bhutan (27ºN) has a tropical monsoon climate with extremely pronounced wet and dry seasons.
Khasab, Oman (26ºN) has a tropical desert climate that gets especially oppressive dewpoints along the Arabian Gulf. It also holds the record for the warmest daily minimum temperature ever recorded, at 112ºF.
Fort Myers, Florida, US (27ºN) has a tropical wet/dry climate and is known for being close to the lightning capital of the US in the Gulf Coast of Florida.
Guaymas, Sonora, MX (28ºN) has a tropical desert climate with some influence from the southwest monsoon. As far as I know, it's the most poleward climate on a continent that meets Köppen's 18ºC isotherm for tropicality.
Iguape, Brazil (25ºS) has a tropical rainforest climate with pretty moderate temperatures. Wikibox data is old, so it's likely warmed and July most likely has a mean 18.0ºC or higher now.
Gladstone, QLD, Australia (24ºS) has a tropical savanna climate with relatively low rainfall totals compared to some other spots in coastal, tropical NE Australia.

Gladstone, followed closely by Fort Myers. Khasab and Guaymas get epic hot temps, but I don't fancy the stormless/very high dewpoint/warm AF nights combo as much.

Fort Myers is not even close to the furthest north place in North America with an 18 C mean in January...just saying. Nevertheless, I choose it out of these climates.

Wait, you forgot Bermuda, which also has a tropical climate but is located at 32 degrees north.

Wait, you forgot Bermuda, which also has a tropical climate but is located at 32 degrees north. I'm only doing places on continents lol, literally said in my original post that I was omitting small islands like Bermuda.

Those Gladstone winter stats in the Wikibox are slightly warmer compared to those on the offical BoM climate data page.... ie, all the available data back to 1957.
