Going to have to go with Daytona Beach since that Charleston station is too coastcuck and Norfolk winters are too cold. I'd pick the normal Charleston station over Daytona though.

You don't get mild winters without disgusting summers. I'm going for Portland, Maine, due to the comfortable summers. Winter is too cold, but snow is interesting I guess....
