Gjoa Haven. All of them out of the sorry lot would feel just as cold, but maybe a bit sunnier than the others (I could be wrong on this one)?

Still none of these climates are even remotely worthy of my vote, so it's gonna be another abstention.

Iqaluit. Same as the first poll; all of them are awfully cold so I just chose the one with the highest annual mean.

Iqaluit is an easy choice. Warmest and wettest.
A few climate facts I don't think I posted yet.
Hall Beach (Sanirajak), same group as Igloolik, was under an extreme cold warning for most, maybe all, of February this year. Average for the month was -40.0C, and it had wind most of the time so the wind chill was extreme. The warmest all month was only -30.8C on the 1st, besides that, it ranged from -33.6 to -46.8. Wind chills were generally in the -50 to -60C range (-58 to -76F)
Dewar Lakes was the last station to reach freezing in Canada this year, staying below 0 until June 9th. The last station is usually Alert, Resolute, or something else far north - Dewar Lakes is "only" 68N. Also, it was close to freezing several times, with a -0.6C on March 7th! and -1.5 in April and May. But it's more elevated (527m) than most arctic stations.
