Unalaska for being mildest and getting plenty of cold rain.

King Salmon. I actually marginally prefer Unalaska's climate, but they both suck, so King Salmon's name wins it for me.

King Salmon because its summers are slightly better than in Unalaska and its winters are nowhere as bad as in Wiseman. Tough choice, especially between King Salmon and Unalaska (Wiseman lags well behind).

King Salmon. Unalaska is too wet even though it's warmer. King Salmon has decent winter temps, but needs more snow. Wiesman's averages are too cold for me.
Inuvik averaged 26.0/15.3 (79/60F) this past July with a max of 33.0C/91F. That's not normal though... The weather box doesn't have the 33.0 - The 33.0 was at Inuvik Climate, Inuvik A only reached 31.3. It averaged a similar 25.7/15.1.

King Salmon: best compromise between Wiseman's frigid winters and Unalaska's crummers. Moderately low precipitation, and at least mild summer highs earns it my vote. These are all however, subarctic hellholes!
