How Many 'Hot' Days In A Calendar Year ?

NWS Melbourne uses 95 F/35 C as the threshold for adding the "hot" descriptor to the forecast. I would rather use daily mean temp if the data existed, but this is good enough.

Nearly all the Capital cities have 'warmer' sites more representative of the population hub. 
Both Sydney and Melbourne show this re the 'hot' days ( +35c ) per annum.
In the interests of fairness I've done sites similar distances away from the official AWS for both Sydney and Melbourne.

Too many

I think 86F (30C) is a reasonable threshold to use. Miami Beach averages 125 days at 86 or above
