I'm gonna go with Leavenworth, with Coeur d'Alene trailing just behind

Gonna have to go with Cuntbrook.
The city proper is wetter than the airport, especially in southern Cranbrook where I lived. Similarly, Moyie (south of Cranbrook) is wetter than Cranbrook proper as well, due to the geography of the area.
The airport itself is located in a very open area which is much drier than most of the surrounding area.
Prince George is a close 2nd, Williams Lake 3rd, and the others are tied.

Leavenworth for the hot summer days. At least you can feel some pleasant crispy warmth here.

Coeur d'Alene, finally a decent climate in these battles. Just generally too cool in all seasons but not offensively so.

Williams Lake. The storms and less cold rain are worth the colder winters.

Coeur d'Alene for having a lower diurnal range, having an acceptable amount of precipitation, and being warmer year-round
