St Louis and Newark are very similar. St Louis wins it for me due to its warmer springs, less snow, and drier July-September.

Detroit by far. Chicago's summers are more humid and gross. Detroit is also snowier of course

Wins out narrowly against Newark for more variability and near-perfect summers, despite the greater chance of ridiculousness in winter.
