Little Rock. Truly a plethora of good climates and no bad ones here, but Little Rock wins it for the most pronounced rainy winter/spring and dry summer as well as good temps.

Little Rock. Seems to have the driest summers on average, with a lot of sun. Plenty of winter rain too.

Little Rock for the high sunshine levels- just 0.8 hrs more than my ideal climate!

Little Rock
Narrowly beats out Charlotte and Memphis due to better summer heat potential (and a lovely slight drying trend in summer), but they're all basically the same climate.
