A perpetually cold, drizzly climate versus a perpetually hot, wet and sticky climate. Pick your poison.

Iquitos
Stanley is a horrifying cold wet skin penetrating snot blob permanent overcast dungeon climate with no variety whatsoever. Perfect for driving yourself insane and wanting to kill yourself.

Hard to vote for once. I could see myself adjusting and doing fine in either of these places.
But if I must vote, I'll go with Iquitos.

Iquitos because even itโs more capable of dry heat than Stanley.

Iquitos.... my son has been there, said the climate reminded him of home. He did the Ayahuasca retreat thing while there....

Iquitos looks pretty close to perfect, so I'll choose that one.

Stanley is like a year round Shitchester November=๐คฎ; so choose Iquitos, it's WAY too wet though

Stanley. Both are bad, but at least Stanley has seasons.

IMO, I would choose Iquitos, as the thunderstorms and cloud cover would partly compensate for the year-round heat and humidity. Meanwhile, Stanley's cloud cover and gloom would exacerbate the damp cold and strong winds from the Furious Fifties.

Meanwhile, Stanley's cloud cover and gloom would exacerbate the damp cold and strong winds from the Furious Fifties. Why would cloud cover compensate for the heat? Hot days are supposed to be sunny and Iquitos would be much better if it was sunnier.
