All epic climates, but if I were to nitpick, I'll go with Austin. Good balance of interestingly hot temps and not exactly bone-dry.

These are all fantastic, but I'm gonna pick San Antonio for the warmest winters and no direct hits from hurricanes.

This is like choosing between fried chicken, bbq, and chocolate brownies.
I think Austin.

San Antonio, has slightly milder summers than the others A bit surprising given that it's further south than Austin and further inland than Houston. There isn't much elevation difference between the two cities either. Voted Austin ofc

Houston for the warmer winters. The long summers are hell though.

Austin, greatest potential for summer drought and more winter/spring rains than San Antonio. All of these are good climates though.

Voted Austin ofc Most likely, it would depend on the specific preferences of fairweatherfan regarding variables such as dewpoints/humidity, nighttime lows, etc in addition to daily high temps.

Dallas for the coldest winters. San Antonio, has slightly milder summers than the others A bit surprising given that it's further south than Austin and further inland than Houston. There isn't much elevation difference between the two cities either. Voted Austin ofc It might have to do with station siting. But both stations seem to be located in a suburban environment, and each are at a higher elevation than their respective city's downtowns, so I'm not really sure.

Dallas is slightly cooler outside of summer, so I guess it's the best one. They are all too warm for me.

Houston, warmest and wettest. Also seems like the best place to be for storms.
