Vote for the BEST of these scenarios for yourself personally. None are very good, that's the whole point.
For me it's 14°C and overcast and dry. I can do outdoor activities without getting too hot or getting rained on.

Depends on the time of year. In the warmer time of year, 42°C/sunny no wind by far...it's a great midsummer temp. Whereas in winter, 19°C and rain and -3°C and clear aren't that bad.

19 C with rain sounds the best of these to occur on a regular basis. The -3 C sunny and calm is good for a cold winter morning though.

19C and light rain. Comfortable and relaxing. Other options are chilly or scorching hot

19C with light rain and 100% humidity - that's "sit on the screen porch" weather

14 c, overcast and no wind is great weather. I don’t see how anyone could have a problem with it, it’s not cold/hot and doesn’t stop you from being outside.
As for the others, 19 c and light rain is ok as long as the rain is very light. 42 c and sunny is interesting for a day or two but otherwise awful. 10 c and very windy is also awful but can be cozy for the occasional football Sunday in late fall. -3 c and sunny is just shitty and boring, no need for that ever except as an overnight low.

-3C and sunny always feels comfortable
14C and overcast is depressing
19C and 100% humidity feels like shit
10C and scattered clouds with wind doesn’t feel cold and is actually nice, although the wind can be annoying.
42C and sunny is simply too hot, but it could be worse, it could be 42C and overcast.

14C and overcast, though 19C and light rain is good too if I'm not doing something outdoors.

14°C (57°F) and overcast is easily the best of these. Pretty comfortable, and the only one of these that should occur in all seasons, as typical winter day and a chilly summer night.
42°C with sun should occur about once a year in midsummer, -3°C a couple times per winter as a low temperature. 10°C with high wind but no rain should never occur. 19°C is a bit warmer than I’d like for rain, but it’d be acceptable weather in all seasons but summer.

14 and overcast is best in general. -3 and sunny is good in winter. The 10 and 19 options are OK if they happen once in a while. 42 should be very rare, possibly all-time record weather.

All of these are bad. A 15C sunny and no wind would have been selectable.
Begrudgingly I went with 42C and no wind, and I'd assume that it's dry heat.

14°C, overcast no wind. Acceptable in either warmest maxima on average in January afternoon or normal summer morning in July.

I would go with 14ºC overcast conditions, as this can normally occur from May to September here. Good weather to go for a jog, as it will be brisk (but not wet nor windy) outside. It is ok for a winter day to be this cool like once a month

-3C sunny and no wind - refreshing and invigorating 14C overcast and no wind - comfortable 19C overcast with steady light rain and 100% humidity - alright 10C scattered clouds and very windy (30-40 mph gusts) - not a fan of windy conditions 42C sunny no wind - great for a summer heatwave
