This battle is based on the locations of where my favourite TV shows take place, all of them were created by the same animator. These shows used to be broadcasted on Cartoon Network from 2006 - 2012. I used to often wake up very early just to watch them. One of the shows is called Axel in Harlem. It's the story about a man named Axel (voiced by Terry Crews) who used to host wild parties without women or booze. The other show is The Sheriff of Lone Gulch, it's about a Sheriff (voiced by Clint Eastwood) who goes on insane adventures to capture Mannie The Man Killer. And lastly, there is The Country Club, a show that revolves around a country club in Boston where there is a popular and very attractive man named Dr. Butt (voiced by Alec Baldwin). All the women fight for Dr. Butt's attention, but they don't know he is actually homosexual. Harlem is located in New York, Lune Gulch is located a few miles east of Sacramento and the country club is canonically located in Boston. imgur.com/a/Ev71nhr

Sacramento, for the ideal temps and the dry summers. East of Sacramento as the original poster referred to is even better, with more rain in winter/spring.

Sacramento for the warmer temperatures and sunshine (though I obviously wish the summers were a little wetter to decrease the sunshine to 75% and diurnal temperature range)

NYC
Yes, I'm picking it over Sacramento despite the cooler winters, as Sacramento's bone-dry, gratuitously sunny summers would drive me nuts after a while.
