Scenario 1: a warm sunny day (high of 28C / low of 18C) after several days of constant cool overcast rainy weather (temperatures varying between 0C and 9C)
Scenario 2: a mild sunny day (high of 20C / low of 10C) after several days of cold overcast weather and snow (temperatures varying between -10C and 0C and the sun being behind clouds all the time)
Scenario 3: a mild rainy day (high of 10C / low of 6C) after several days of cold sunny weather (temperatures varying between -10C and 0C)
Scenario 4: a cold sunny day (high of -2C / low of -12C) after several days of constant cool overcast rainy weather (temperatures varying between 0C and 9C and the sun always being behind clouds)

Scenario #2 because it will rapidly melt the ugly ass snow. I would be very happy on that day where the snow rapidly melts. Not to mention, after that freezing cold, the 68ยบF would feel nice and warm.

#1 and #2 are just about tied. While cool temps can sometimes be refreshing after a hot spell, nothing can match the feeling of the first warm day after cold weather, especially if it was cloudy.

Close between 2, 5, and 6. Really depends on the time of year, now Iโd say 5 or 6, in February or March Iโd say 2.
Interestingly, 4 actually switches to worse conditions.
