Giresun for being wetter and lusher, and having much milder winters.

Giresun easily for the nice mild, rainy winters.

Giresun.... disgusting summers but at least the cloud would make it feel less hot than sunny rubbish.

Odesa. Dry and sunny trumps wet and cloudy for me, even if the former is significantly cooler. Giresun is one of cloudiest climates I've ever seen posted here, barely a thousand hours. Plus it has all that cold winter rain. The summers are the only redeeming feature.
Actually, Odesa would probably be better with colder winters. As it is, looks like there'd be a lot of half-melted muddy snow around (still better than cold rain).

Begrudgingly Giresun for the warmer winters. It's still a repulsive climate with practically not much sunshine. Yikes

Odesa for the sunshine. It's a bit too dry and winters are too mild. But Giresun is way too cloudy. Record high is in April?? November colder than December? Odd.

I think the data for Giresun is inaccurate, including the sunshine, especially considering all nearby cities have yearly sunshine hours above 2000.

Giresun, although the year-round cloudiness will make me procrastinate and doze off at noon! At least the scenery would be nice, and temperatures in the cool half of the year won't cause my skin to peel and crack! That's some seasonal lag in Giresun! That's why the climate earns a D, terrible for un subtropique!

Giresun
Warmer most of the year and wetter year-round.
