67-71°F is probably the closest you would get to a neutral temperature, although for me, it can range as low as 43°F and as high as 85°F, but I think excessive heat is disgusting. Also depends on what you're wearing It also depends on the wind and humidity. |

21ºC feels neutral, though depending on conditions (like wind, humidity, sunshine); 16ºC to 26ºC can feel 'normal'

Being a big huge hot blooded muscle man I don't like too warm, so neutral for me is 17-19°C.
