What’s the coldest temperature you’ve seen or heard of freezing rain fall at? Technically it’s possible at any temperature as long as there is a sufficient overrunning warm layer in the atmosphere, but has any station recorded it below 20°F?

I saw freezing rain with temperatures in the mid-teens (circa -10 C) in Appleton, WI on Feb 22, 2022. In the UP they got buttloads of snow from the same event.
