Despite it being 2023, the Croatian Meteorological and Hydrological Service still hasn't posted a formal 1991-2020 clino document for Croatia. Instead, what you can see in Wikipedia is 1971-2000 clino, which is a rather archaic one and it doesn't represent the climate of this day and age. But they have sent the data to WMO, so I've found it and made a sandbox for Zagreb :
Differences between 1991-2020 and 1971-2000 clino on an annual basis:
Average high: 17.0 C (+1.2 C) Daily mean: 11.9 C (+1.2 C)
Average low: 7.1 C (+1.2 C)
Precipitation: 874.1 mm (+34 mm) Sunshine hours: 2026.1 h (+138.6 h)
So warmer, wetter, sunnier.
Also worth mentioning are the other stats:
Days over 30.0 C (86 F): 28.7 (old was 14.6) - basically doubled
Days with snowfall: 22.4 (old was 29)
Precipitation days (>= 0.1 mm): 136.4 (old was 135.6)
Here is the old one:

C. Meh, temps even cooler than NYC and too rainy in summer and not enough in winter.

D+ Not bad I suppose... but still too chilly for me in the winter months

How much actual snowfall does it get tompas? 22 days could mean anything from 10โ to 100โ. IEM has 35.8 thunder days/year since 2012, which is solid. Not much less than here.

C, definitely a noticeable improvement in the new age AGW climate there

Thunder days: 34
When it comes to snow they say this:
Days with snowfall >=1 cm / 0.4 in: 25 Days with snowfall >=10 cm / 4 in: 9
Days with snowfall >=30 cm / 12 in: 1

My thoughts exactly, however to be a B in my book it still needs improvement.

Thatโs surprisingly good. Iโll give Zagreb a B+ then could use more variability, storms, and snow and fall is too wet and cool. Otherwise itโs quite good and gets a surprising amount of interesting weather.

B or B+, very solid climate. Slightly warmer year round and more variable overall, and a higher amount of sunshine hours, would make it an A for me.

C-. Rather boring, dry, and cold, but nothing out of the ordinary.

C but I prefer less seasonality.

C+
Better than Madison because of warmer winters; summers are about the same so there's still room for improvement. Most of the year is acceptable but it doesn't excite me much. With that being said, it has improved markedly since the 1971-2000 normal period.

C-, has improved from a D+. More sunshine, warmer temperatures year-round and more rain is a plus

B-. The temperature pattern in Maksimir looks very similar to that of Wien.

B+ Great climate but sun hours in winter ruin it and every other European climate away from the southern med. Still one of the best on the continent though.
