Which is better? Two similar climates but with some key differences that I won't point out.

Taraz, not as much polar cold in summer and warmer springs

Taraz for being warmer and wetter.
Colder winters, but the lack of freezing cold nights in summer is a good bonus.

Redmond is sorta OK.... not as cold in winter, but obviously drier...and still warms up enough in summer...

Redmond for nicer temps. Plus the months Taraz is wetter in donโt look like theyโd get many storms.

Taraz, even though it has colder winters, I can't vote for a climate with a record low below freezing in the warmest month.

Taraz, not as much polar cold in summer and warmer springs ^^ This
Taraz is much better IMO.
I prefer to be a frozen penguin in the winter, rather than during summer night.

Redmond, not as hot in summer. Taraz has colder winters, but not cold enough to be exciting.
Edit: I just noticed how dry Redmond is. Way too dry. I guess Taraz wins then.

Two really terrible climates, but Redmond for winters not being as cold as the other one.

Taraz. Redmond's summer lows are sickening (TBF it's nearly 1000 m in elevation).

Taraz, at least the lower diurnals would be less bad for my dry skin
