Late December 1993, Jersey, England - mild and showery
Late July 1994, Skipton, North Yorkshire, England - generally warm and sunny, but a heavy thunderstorm with close CG lightning and notable hail on the first evening that caused a powercut/fire alarms at hotel
August 1995, various places in western France - very hot and dry almost every day in the 3 weeks. Thunder heard only once the whole time.
December 1996/January 1997, Kirkcadly/Edinburgh, Scotland - started very cold with snow blizzard/showers, then got milder with showers.
August 1997, Jersey, England - intense thunderstorm on the first night, in which a man a few feet away was struck by lightning and injured. Thereafter warm and dry the first week, and humid. Towards the end was cooler and showery at times.
August 1999, various places in France - hot and sunny in Paris, then more humid/cloudy in Limoges area, with some thunder, then a violent overhead thunderstorm o'night that literally blew up the electrical supply. Then onto Chamonix, cooler and scattered clouds, with one evening lightning storm but generally dry. Day trips into Switzerland and Italy were warm and sunny.
Late-March 2001, Venice, Italy - mix from mild and sunny, to cold and overcast with wind and heavy rain.
Late-March 2002, Rome/Florence, Italy - varied from warm and sunny to cool and cloudy, but dry throughout
August 2002, Albufeira area, Portugal - warm and sunny, hot at times, only one cloudy day and no rain
December 2004-January 2005, Arosa, Switzerland - cont. snowpack of course, but mostly sunny and calm (but cold), cloudy towards end
August 2006, various places in France - mostly cloudy, sometimes wet and cool. Not a single thunderstorm.
Late-June/early-July 2007, Rome, Italy - hot and sunny most days, a bit cloudier on a few but still warm, some intermittent drizzle on one day
August 2008, Brittany, France - cool and wet on a few days, otherwise scattered clouds and mild but not warm.
Early-March 2016, Doha Qatar and Dubai, UAE - warm and humid and night time thunderstorm on arrival, then scattered clouds becoming mostly cloudy, and overcast with drizzle, then frequent and heavy thunderstorms with flooding, before back to warm and sunny
August 2016, Mont Marault, France - very hot and sunny every day til the last day, which was cooler and cloudy, with a brief thundery shower
August 2016, Catalonia various places, Spain - windy with rain and lightning the first evening, then warm and sunny
Mid-May 2018, Naples, Italy - mild on the first evening, but then cold and wet for the next couple days, with thundery showers and persistent rain, and after that, mild with scattered clouds.
Late-September 2018, Malta - warm first evening, but cool and very windy thereafter, with occasional drizzle. The odd day with scattered clouds but cool.
Mid-July 2019, Mont Marault, France - hot and sunny more or less the whole time, and dry.
Probably some I've forgot, can add later if I remember.
