Cartagena. Decently sunny, pleasantish winters and balmy summers. I would've gone with Bizerte if the winters weren't wet.

Truth be told, never heard of Bizerte. If there really is NO storms there, then yeah I'll have to deal with some winter arcticness. Witchita has a great 6 months of the year, the other 6 months are terrible. Don't listen to the antimediterranean botev. Bizerte gets a decent amount of storms, 35-40 days it seems. How does this have anything to do with the flash density stat I posted. It remains a fact that Wichita gets 9x the lightning of Bizerte.

Bizerte Seems to have the most of everything I value Word for word what I was going to say. I realize it isn't as stormy as Wichita, but everything else is awesome - including those epic record highs. desiccatedi85 holy fark Tunisia has some great climates.
