Pokka isn't really that close to the Levi skiing centre, but it's the only FMI station that has 91-20 normals, despite the fact that Kittilä municipality has had eleven different stations in history. I would guess Levi is a bit warmer in all seasons than Pokka, but this is what is available. Pokka is the also the absolute champion of Finnish cold, as the -51.5C recorded in January 1999 is the all-time Finnish record low.

I don't want to have a winter for 7 months. I also love summer, and Levi doesn't have a summer as far as I'm concerned. |

F. Absolutely no redeeming qualities. Every month has recorded a frost, therefore there's no growing season, winter lasts seven months, summers are so crummy that 90F has never been reached, and an all-time record low that rivals those of Siberia.
