The data aren’t reliable sources, but Blanco wins for the perfect temps and moderate rainfall levels. It’s gotta be similar to Austin and San Antonio.

Posting actual data here for Blanco at least (Bacolod doesn't have normals computed by PAGASA). Note the faked annual average high/low in the original weatherbox. I vote Blanco.

Negros based on the data presented, and probably with actual data too - Filipino climates tend to be really nice.

A city in Negros Island which actual and updated climate data is Dumaguete. Anyway, I prefer Blanco, Texas.
