It's this time of year again, which member you think had the best weather in 2023? I'll try to include as many fellow members who posted boxes as possible, don't take it personal if I forgot about some. I can add more boxes on request, though I won't be able to add more to the poll *Denotes that that member posted a summary for their location but hasn't posted a weatherbox themselves, but another member has posted a weatherbox for it **Weatherbox added on request, not included in poll as polls can't be edited without deleting and recreating Anyway... None are that good but Ulladulla has comfortable temps for a comfort wanker like me.
The worst are Darwin, Jakarta, Phoenix, Saskatoon, Winnipeg and Charlottetown/Summerside.
Sheffield is in the top 10 easily for being comfortable.

Perth easily the best year of everyone, as is expected. Mild, rainy winter and a hot, dry summer. Atlanta wins a respectable 3rd place in this battle, behind Perth and Alexandria.

Fort Collins. Except for the horrible January and March it was an excellent year for us.

I cant in all good faith vote for my own home town climate in 2023..... last years long and brutal 'build up' is still too fresh a memory ! Perth, Arundel and Jakarta all pretty good.

Vรถru -- A few good ones here, a few bad ones. I could just pick Portage, WI even though 2023 wasn't a good year by local standards. Winnipeg and Saskatoon have good temperatures with the warm May and September. But they're too dry, especially Saskatoon. Summerside looks pretty good except for the lag especially that June. Fort Collins looks a lot better than normal. But...I'll go with Vรถru as it stayed below freezing in the winter months and was warm enough in summer. Phoenix deserves an honorable mention for July. Alexandria for a desert-like August. Tarragona had a very dry year, I had to look up the average after seeing how dry 2023 was. Yearly rainfall was half of normal. Wettest: Ulladulla Driest: Phoenix Hottest mean: Darwin and Jakarta are basically tied, Darwin's max is 0.3C higher Hottest month: Phoenix Coldest mean: Saskatoon Coldest month: Winnipeg (by 0.1C)
Worst to me is either Jakarta or Phoenix. Without living in either one it's hard to say. Jakarta is too hot all year, but Phoenix is way way too hot in summer. Darwin is slightly better than Jakarta since it has a bigger seasonal change.

I think I'll have to go with Arundel, seems to have the best combination of things I like. Also Kaleetan, FUCK YOU for breaking 100 F in August when all we could pull off is 96 and I'm due south of you

London. Just because June and early September in Paris were terrible. Prefer mine outside of the warmest four months though.

I wonder if the weather sensor is trustworthy.

Atlanta, but since I can't vote for it I'll pick Alexandria for the warmest summer on record and that blazing August. And wow, Phoenix's July looks brutal - reminds me of Basra, Iraq.

Sussex NJ is the best of the lot. Toronto, Wisconsin and Zagreb also had a decent 2023.

Essendon looks the best.
FlamingGalah's rainfall stats look pretty wild for a southern England climate; double the amount London recorded.
